Renault S.A. is a French automaker which produces cars and vans. It was founded in 1899 as Société Renault Frères by Louis Renault and his brothers Marcel and Fernand. Louis was assigned and focused in the designing and building of cars while his brothers handled the company management. Because of the brothers’ proper designation of tasks, they succeeded in this venture. According to the company’s history, Renault has also produced auto rail vehicles, trucks, tractors, vans and even buses and coaches. It paired with Nissan, which made it the fourth largest automotive group and became a leading group that develops electric cars. They even invested 5.16 billion dollars in eight electric vehicles over the next 3-4 years of their relationship as partners.

The company went to decide in launching a Renault logo which will represent their company. Car logos are considered as small part in every car by a lot of people, but they play a big role in the progress of every company. Car logos serve as a visual representation of the company they are bringing. Just like other car logos, Renault logo was important to their company that it was made and designed with deep planning. They wanted the Renault logo to be simple yet bringing the motto and elegance of the brand.
